Ed Buggé represents leading companies, investors and entrepreneurs in the media, entertainment, sports and technology industries. He has advised on the establishment, international expansion and exit strategies of disruptive businesses shaping today’s entertainment landscape and counsels his clients, including public and private companies, investment funds, family offices, entrepreneurs and talent, on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. This includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity investments and complex commercial licensing arrangements where his extensive sector expertise in both the United States and Europe enables him to provide valuable strategic insight.

Ed graduated from Durham University (2009), the University of Law London (2011) and trained at Allen & Overy LLP in London and Paris. He joined Hertz Lichtenstein Young & Polk LLP in Los Angeles in 2018 and became a partner at the firm in 2020.

Ed is a dual-qualified attorney, admitted in both California and England & Wales. He was named one of Billboard’s Top Lawyers consecutively from 2021 – 2025.
