Ken Hertz is a Founding Partner. Ken specializes in representing some of the world's most notable celebrities, thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and brands in the media technology, sports and entertainment industries.
Ken is also a Founding Partner in memBrain - an entertainment marketing and strategy consulting firm that advises Fortune 500 companies, startup ventures, and everything in-between. memBrain also develops licensing programs and brand extension opportunities.
Ken is a frequent speaker and commentator on the subjects of entertainment, marketing and convergence; has been quoted in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Wall Street Journal; has appeared on CNBC's monthly newsmagazine "Business Nation;" has been an instructor at Stanford Business School and the MIT Media Lab, and has been adjunct professor at UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Management, and at USC’s Gould School of Law. Ken is also the host of TEDxHollywood.
Ken supports various causes – he is on the board of UCLA’s School of Theater, Film & Television, the national board of the Drug Policy Alliance – and he has been honored with the ACLU’s Bill of Rights Award.
Ken is an active early-stage media and technology venture investor and advisor — he is on the board of TTI/Vanguard Emerging Technologies Conference; he serves on the boards of JUST water and Ironhorse Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: IRONHU).
