Seth Lichtenstein

Seth Lichtenstein has been practicing entertainment law for over 40 years. Twenty-five years ago, Seth became partners with Ken Hertz and forged what would become Hertz Lichtenstein Young & Polk LLP.

He has represented some of the most well-known musical artists and performers in the world and has negotiated a wide range of agreements at the highest levels, including recording, touring, endorsements, sponsorships, casino residencies and catalog sales. He also has significant experience in music publishing, representing both major and independent music publishers, and in fashion and licensing, where he has helped firm clients develop and operate a wide range of initiatives.

Seth graduated magna cum laude from Howard University School of Law and served as a law clerk to the Honorable James M. Sprouse of the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
